Bf after breaking up and getting together is harassing?

He has called almost 3 times today and 1 time last night, telling me that he felt bummed out on how things didn't work out. I cried of course, and told myself it was for the better. (he broke up with me because he was unsure what he wanted.) He asked me if I would give him another chance today at work and was being considerate, I gave him a chance and he asked me if I wanted to stay the night tomorrow. He has been acting really close to me..what is he trying to say?
