Good program to compare hex codes?

There are 2 .exe files that I am looking at and they are identical except for a few changes in the hex codes for one of the .exe files. I could manually go through and look at both files, but that would take ages, so I was wondering if there was a program that would allow me to compare both codes side by side and search for differences.
