Is this team ok to play elite 4 on b/w?

Quite good, but maybe train up a bit to level 50 or 60. Joe is right too, where's your starter? When you get to the elite four, get near a computer so you can look up type advantages (try http://pokemon.marriland.com/black_white/walkthrough/pokemonleague/elite_four for a walkthrough of the elite four).
