My friend is having a baby! Should I still be friends with her?

My friend is having a child!!!!!!!!!!! We are only kids!!!!! Im 12 and shes 13!!! I went to the doc with her because she said she wasnt feeling well and the doctor said shes having a kid!!! Shes always seems like a goodie good but apparently not!!!! Were BFFS but i dont if i should still be her friend!! should i?? HELP
