What's a specific curse or hex to put on someone?

So I'm writing a play and i want it to be about some witches in like the 1200s-1700s andd i have no clue what i want to happen yet (maybe a prophecy), so i tried to google some curses but i cant find anything specific enough to be inpiration. i have no clue what i want to happen, so i'm up for any offers, i just need something to get me started. thaanks!
